Join us in welcoming Ms. Bethany McWhorter to Pineville Independent!
Ms. McWhorter is excited to be a part of the Mountain Lion family, and because she has taught preschool for the past three years, she already feels like a Mountain Lion! Ms. McWhorter received her Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from the University of the Cumberlands and her MA in Special Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She is also certified to teach Early Childhood Education.
Ms. McWhorter introduces herself the best with the following words. "I have a passion for working with our youngest learners! Helping each child progress in all areas of development- academic, social, language, and motor- is a challenge I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment."
